Bison Bushcraft/Utility Knife – Hand-Forged Performance and Rugged Style
The Bison once roamed the great plains in thundering herds, a symbol of strength, endurance, and untamed wilderness. Inspired by that same spirit, the Bison Bushcraft/Utility Knife embodies resilience and rugged beauty, built to serve explorers, hunters, and bush-crafters who demand absolute reliability in the wild.
Hand-forged in our signature “Ghost-Mai ” steel, the blade features an 80CRV2 high-carbon steel core sandwiched between 1084 outer layers, then heat-treated to a rock-solid 61 HRC. This fusion creates a knife that can endure relentless use, holding its edge with a tenacity worthy of its namesake. Measuring 170 mm (6.7 inches) from tip to guard and 4.5 mm thick at the ricasso, the blade strikes a perfect balance between strength and agility. A wide bevel and long swedge enhance its slicing efficiency and piercing precision, while the hand-rubbed satin finish with etched layer lines showcases the artistry of the steel itself.
Like the bison’s weathered hide, the handle reflects raw natural resilience. Crafted from Deer antler, accented with Pale Moon Ebony and antiqued Brass spacer. It offers both rugged beauty and dependable comfort. A polished 416 stainless steel guard , secured on a barbed tang and filled with Polished Black epoxy on the crown, complete a handle designed for both grip and grace.
Every Bison is paired with a premium full-grain 8 oz leather sheath, designed for scout carry ensuring adaptability for the trail, the hunt, or the camp.
No two bison are ever alike, and neither are these knives. Please note that future versions may vary in steel, handle material due to supply. We proudly forge with 80CRV2, 52100, W2 or 1084 steels (we do not make stainless steel blades).
Own the Bison — a knife built for the wild and destined to endure.
