This custom blade is fully hand-forged from 80CRV2 High Carbon Steel, a tough, high-performance alloy chosen for its excellent balance of hardness and durability. The added Chromium and Vanadium allow the blade to be heat treated to a higher hardness without compromising toughness—resulting in excellent edge retention, less frequent sharpening, and outstanding field performance.
Finished with a hand-rubbed satin polish, each blade bears the unique signature of the forge—no two are alike.
The handle showcases natural strength and beauty with genuine deer antler, shaped and polished by hand. A bold spacer stack of Red G10 and rare Pale Moon Ebony adds contrast and character. The antiqued brass guard, pommel cap, and threaded nut complete the hidden tang construction, offering a secure, balanced grip built to endure years of use in the field.
Each Huntsman is paired with a hand-stitched, full-grain leather sheath, custom-fit and designed for scout carry—secure, low-profile, and always ready at your side.

I was gifted one of your Huntsman knives this winter from a friend from Australia. Just put it to use on a bear hunt here in BC Canada. Broke the bear down with your knife. The blade did an amazing job. Thought you might like some pictures.
